Product Returns Policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY will allow the Return of Products in the following cases:

·         Wrong order sent to merchant.

·         Defected product.

·         Damaged product, or

·         Significantly different from the description given by the merchant


But we will not be able to accept returns in the following cases:

·         Product is  Used/Worn or Altered

·         Physical damage to the box or to the product

·         If returned without Original Packaging and Accessories

·         If the Sealed Package of branded products is open


In case of Return/Replacement, the following conditions are necessary:

·         Product must be in its Original Condition

·         Only Unused, Unaltered, Unsoiled Products will be accepted

·         Brand Packaging should be intact

·         Replacements will be made if product is available on website


If you want to return the product because you have received a damaged product or an empty parcel or some  item is missing from the package or for some other reason, you can  send an email to and follow up with a call to the dedicated hotline: +234 (0) 8186691584  within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the Pickup Process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, Includes all labels and the invoice along with the product.
